• Custom Unit Orders - Please allow 10-15 business days for your unit to be completed & shipped out . Whenever we open for custom unit orders you will be required to fill out a custom unit form before we can get started. 

• Ready to ship - please allow 2 business days for processing time ( during this time we are confirming payment , wig identification forms(which must be filled out immediately after purchasing)& packaging orders) after order has been processed orders will be shipped out the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update. please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive . 

• Refunds: We ask that you are sure of your measurements before purchasing, We are  not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. There are absolutely no Refunds or Exchanges, All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Turn Around / Shipping: There is a 10-15 business day turn around on all preorders , If units are ready to ship they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same , Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time varies based on shipping selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.

• Wig Identification Form: This form must be completed immediately after purchasing (order will not ship until this has been done , tab the menu tab and select wig identification form after making a purchase.

1.When detangling always start at your ends and work your way up  

2.Never sleep with wet hair 

3.Use heat protectant when styling 

4.when taking off your glueless unit place it on a mannequin to preserve the styling on the unit 

5.when washing ,shampoo using warm water use conditioner then rinse with cold water 

6.if your hair ever feels dry apply a small amount of serum (chi , or bio silk ) to add some moisture 

7. Take care of your natural hair while wearing your unit and oil your scalp ! We suggest only keeping your braid downs for one month shampoo and condition and get it braided back down. Trim your natural hair every 3 months to promote healthy hair growth
